1. You will receive your estimate in 24 hours (Normal 7 days)
2. You will receive all fabric samples chosen from our visit within 3 – 7days. (subject to supplier availability)
3. You will receive our priority service for fitting. All 1st fixings of hardware will be carried out within 7-10 days Depending on Qty of windows. (Above 10 windows may take longer.) All fitters are Curtains London.com employees) Not sub contractors.
4. You will be given a completion date after 1st fitting ensuring work will be completed 10 days or approx 15 days for larger orders from that date*
5. All work will be include all hanging, dressing, & steaming.*
*(Dressing includes curtains to be dressed in the old traditional master craftsman way. This requires the curtains to be steamed and dressed into pleats and left for 3-4 days to train all pleats to hang as they are designed to. This creates a lasting stylish pleated / drape for that professional look as left by our fitters each time you open and close your dressing) “just like going to the hairdressers and having a top stylist”.*
6. You will receive ultimately a faster service. You will be given Priority over Normal delivery times. Those projects that hold strict deadlines, be it for a commercial or a private project.
