In the meantime the technology has come a long way in that time. Wireless operation discreetly hidden away into the roller blinds, makes it much more attractive. The curtain track system can be run through a highly powered sophisticated motor and battery pulling curtains weighing up to 50 kg that is some weight and doing it with ease and without the use of 240 V. It can also be linked into your home Lutron or Crestron control 4 or mobile app systems these I find really amazing. Even being able to talk and say Alexa open my curtains. Or Alexa close my blinds.
NO WIRES !!! ???? Battery is here to stay ☺️ … 5 to 6 years ago who would’ve thought that we would’ve been driving around in electric cars the technology has come so far. This is the same with the curtain and blind industry. I have taken out all of my electric wiring in my own home ! All of my systems run off battery motors. Roller blinds now can particularly last up to 2 years on a single charge, it’s so simple like plugging in your iPhone???? in for 3 to 4 hours and off you go for another two years.
